    • See your focus gets distracted every 3 min 
    • but if you want to focus on something then it takes at least 30min to bring your focus onto it
  1. Social Media
    • Causes
    • see while reading this blog before reaching to next bold point you get distracted.
    • maybe it's some whatsup a notification, an Instagram notification, or youtube or Facebook notification, or some other app notification. 
    • see you are distracted.
    • The main thing is that you're for focusing on something your brain feels stressed and he wants first to let me do this then this and then this, Brain just wants distraction otherwise brain gets stressed.
    • If you do not correct this thing consciously then it will waste your time unconsciously and reduce your productivity.
    • Solutions
    • In Whatsup there is a feature called Mute so do mute those groups or peoples who send a lot of messages 
    • and if you think this one notification is very important then and only then don't mute it otherwise mute everyone
    • if you want to be completely distracted free then simply go to the setting > Notifications and turn off all the notifications of the apps that you think are not add value to your life.
    • Remove unwanted apps: check how many unwanted apps you have installed and simply remove them if you want to be productive and archive your goals.
    • check what is the number of channels on youtube you have subscribed to. see if you watch a song then the next recommendation will be a song. so just unsubscribe that channels those do not add value to your life
    • and simply turn off the notification of youtube also 
    • if you write it to watch in your schedule then definitely you will but this time it's not because of the unwanted notification.
    • see I come to social media just to post or to watch some selective content so that I will be productive
    • I watch that thing which I like and productive for me ie which adds some value to my life
    • Once my father told me that, At the end of the day family matters 
    • after getting away from the distraction then try to spend time with your family the games you like to play go out and play then, swimming, cricket, etc which will add some value to your health at least.
  2. TV
    • See TV has influence to the negative 
    • accident + jam = negative 
    • sunset + wether = positive 
    • news = negative + adds 
    • the time you spend on TV is  not a  Productive time 
    • if you are watching movies which are selective then it's okay because it must add some value to your life 
    • otherwise, just don't spend your valuable time with TV.
  3. Friends :
    • Who do you call a friend?
      • then one with whom you gossips or one which says lets smoke/drink/etc.
    • see till now you have the friends with whom you have your past common but stay with those with whom you want your future common.
    • you have to leave those friends, if you were following this then they automatically leave you . 
    • it's up to you! because you know you are the average of 5 people around you as we discuss previously.
    • I think that one phrase I must tell you is" moch and choti soch kbhi aapko aage bdne nhi deti " 
    • so better to leave those
  4. Family : 
    • Like friends, we can't leave our family. 
    • you have only 2 options one is to make there thinking big otherwise spend as much as less time you can with them
    • because ultimately we are doing this for our family and after doing all this when you achieve something big then your family will proud of you a lot
    • I am not saying you have to leave or break the blood relations but for your and their good you have to do this. 
    • no matter how your family opposes you but you must take small steps that add value to your life.
    • See your family and check how dedicated you are.
    • they just try to protect you 
    • leave that members distract you 
    • profit? if not then loss
  5. Occasions :
    • go to only those occasions which can't be done if you are absent 
    • otherwise simply don't go 
    • if you are going for eating (or we can say "bht ta ma r ne" )then don't go because your digestive system gets severely affected because of that night's food
    • if you are going just to enjoy it then it's okay !!
    • But if you are going with some of your work undone then it's wrong you must not!
    • Don't be busy be productive
