- Here if you choose fruit salad, then you agree or not but you invited in your health
- It's not like you eat it now and you will feel enthusiastic but over time it will definitely give you a good return
- But in case you choose chocolate pastries then it will also give you a result accordingly
- Compounding is going on!
- Whatever choice you take everything is compounded
- Like some peoples invest in stock, sip, etc so they invest today and then over time they get a return with compounding
- ie they get interested on their principle amount and then they get the interest on principle + interest and similarly next time investor get interst on then interst this is called as compounding
- The compound effect meaning is exactly what it sounds like. Specifically, it refers to how making small behavior changes can compound into life-changing results over time.
- Design a Daily Schedule
- The thing you have scheduled you have to do for sure, 99.9 % you will do it,
- like if you have a train tomorrow evening then you schedule everything when you leave the home when you reach and then finally get on the train
- if you schedule like this then you will do it for sure
- so we can say that what gets scheduled is what gets done
- most people don't schedule their life and life is just happening to them
- they go to the office then come home then the same next day they just go and do the work that they assigned and come home
- like a mechanic, if he gets repair work then he will work otherwise just be sitting
- so you must schedule your day.
- What to do?
- take blank paper or notepad and write everything on it what you did yesterday if you think it was a busy day then write everything about a day before yesterday and if you think you were busy from 2 to 3 days then write about previs week
- you have to think and write each and everything in each 30 min what you did.

- good, now find out the time you need for the traveling
- then write down the 10 to 15 things you can avoid that will be okay or will not affect you !!
- till now you were in the reactive mode, about after doing all this you will be in reflective mode

- some people wake up early in the morning but they don't know what to do.
- and then they started to schedule, and when they get done with scheduling its waste there for 2 to 3 hours.
- so schedule one day before what you want to do tomorrow.
- if you schedule everything you can do 100 % of your work in just 25 % of the time.
- Story
- When I was walking in the park I saw a person coming from a long distance with a bicycle in hand running with it holding a bicycle in hand 😂
- I stopped him and ask why are you running so fast
- he said I am in hurry and I can't talk !!
- See if he will set on the bicycle then he will complete the same task with less time
- simply if you can schedule your day you get your work done with less time
- so stop running with your bicycle and just sit on it by scheduling your day and do your things in less time

- Now you focus on small tasks known as backward vision.
- Divide your time into 30 min intervals

- if you didn't do then your long-term goal effect
- your goals and people goals that you have to do
- if your important work then say no

- Reward your self
- if you achieve your goals then reward yourself once a week or once a month.
