- This habit is not form born.
- We have to start it and make it a habit.
- As we do the exercise it will drastically change our body.
- It makes good and positive changes in your body.
- Strong body = Strong mind
- Almost every one of us listens to the famous cote "a healthy mind is live in only a healthy body".
- And this is also true.
- Just think when you seek then how do you feel?
- do you feel refreshed or energetic...
- NO, you feel sad and lazy
- So if you want to stay your mind healthy you must focus on the body first
- once your body is healthy it will automatically make your mind healthy
- It's all co-related if you think then you can do
- If you do then you can think!
- As you have told form when you were born, God lives in our body, it is also mentioned in most Religious books.
- Also one thing, god lives in Temple which means our body is a temple
- When you go to the temple did you bring garbage in there?
- NO, you don't
- so our body is a temple then how can we do such a thing which can make our temple dirty
- Take care of your temple because you want to stay there for more than 50-60 years
- Water your body
- as we discuss in previous blogs
- you have to decide your wake-up time and wake up.
- First thing when you wake up you must water your body
- try to drink luck warm water
- never drink cold water
- because it will waste your energy
- as you know our body is hot from the inside
- if you drink cold water we need to make it hot
- so our lot of energy will get waste
- so even though it is summer try to drink normal water
- Water your body can detox your body and also stay you very much hydrated
- it will flush out the toxins from your body
- for detox, you can drink juices if available
- But it should be 100% natural
- you can have just which contains vitamin c
- you can have aloe vera juice
- any juice you can prefer which will detox your body
- Breakfast
- you must have your breakfast before 8 in the morning
- For breakfast, you can have any fruit
- Consistency
- you have to do Exercises
- 5 min Stretching + 100 pushups (10X10 0r 20*5 as per your strength)+ surynamskar (up to you but must do 1 at least)
- then gradually increase the phase
- Rest a bit do it again
- start with small like you can do 20 push-ups from today and then you can increase then one pushup a day
- This body is to move, if you cant move in forward then it goes backward
- you can Develop or you can destroy
- you will be better or worst it's all up to you
- when the plant stops growing it starts dieing
- so you must grow!
